WE OFFER 2 STANDARD MODELS WHOSE PLANS AND PRICES REFLECT AN OPTIMIZATION OF SPACE, LABOR AND MATERIALS. FOR THESE MODELS, THE CHOICES AND FINISHES REMAIN AT THE CUSTOMER'S DISCRETION. IT IS POSSIBLE TO ADAPT THE PLANS IN ORDER TO PERSONALIZE THEM WITH THE PURCHASE OF A BLOCK OF HOURS FOR MODIFICATIONS.
For this 20-foot model, our most popular length, we challenged ourselved to design a tiny house plan that would have EVERYTHING. We didn't want to compromise! In addition to our usual 4-season insulation, we wanted every square inch to be optimized and all the elements that our customers love in our homes to be included! This unit is therefore the realization of this new optimized plan which is now our new standard, the most economical, for 20-foot houses. With plenty of storage space, a main loft with an integrated closet that can accommodate a Queen or King bed, a secondary loft that can accommodate a double bed and a double sofa bed, this house can sleep 6 people! A wood-burning fireplace and a propane heater provide the pleasure of a wood fire and the reliability of a gas heater. We have also integrated a complete kitchen with a large refrigerator, a 3 burner stove and a propane oven as well as a cooker hood. A comfortable staircase with built-in storage (isn't the space for wood cute?!) leading to the main loft plus a removable ladder to the secondary loft makes it all easily accessible. We love lunch counters, so we've included one! Another great new feature is the large armoire at the entrance.
For this 28-foot model, we have optimized every square inch of the house. It can offer one more closed room or a gooseneck type trailer to have an extra half level loft. In addition to our usual 4-season insulation, this model offers plenty of storage space, a main loft with built-in wardrobe that can accommodate a Queen or King bed, a secondary loft or closed loft that can accommodate a double bed and a double sofa bed.
